BOOKING GUIDELINE FOR OUR VALUED TRAVEL AGENTS
In an effort to provide you with the most efficient Booking System, as well as the lowest Airfares available, we have designed the BTS Web Site to be the best and most technically advanced Airfare Search Engine available.
Your search to ALL destinations will automatically return the lowest Airfares and availability, based, on the rules filed by each Carrier.
BOOKING PROCESS:
1. ITINERARY SEARCH - The system default will return the LOWEST Airfare available for the Itinerary requested. After the result of your search is displayed, you then have the option to SORT the results or MODIFY your original search – without returning to the Home Page.
2. SELECTIVE SEARCH – You have the added feature, (Advanced Flight Options), to search for flights by individual Airlines, Time of travel, Class of service and Non-Stop Flights.
3. OPTIONS: If the system does NOT give you the exact flight numbers you want, please just complete the reservation with the displayed Itinerary that closely matches your request, then, add your comment along with your any special request on the page - AGENCY RELATED DATA.
PAYMENTS:
1. We provide you with the option to make payment immediately with the reservation or you can make your payment when we send your confirmation or contact you directly by telephone.
ALL CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS MUST BE FULLY PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS TO AVOID CANCELLATION..
2. Payment may be made by your corporate credit card, the credit card of the client, check/cash deposit too our bank account or by wire transfer.
3. NO Tickets will be issued until we have secured all funds in our account – please allow time for all checks to clear the banking system
4. Your TRAVEL AGENCY is fully responsible for observing ALL ticketing deadlines and NO Airfare is guaranteed until we have issued the ticket.
5. Your TRAVEL AGENCY is fully responsible for ANY denied credit card charges, returned checks, together with, any and all associated charges.
6. Many of the Airfares displayed on the BTS site are NET to you and wherever possible we will indicate accordingly, however, we are in a marketplace where the Airlines are constantly making changes in rates and booking conditions. Our staff will always confirm the full details of your booking by Email once your reservation is received.
PROCESSING:
1. We will Email you a final confirmation of flights and prices promptly after your reservation is received. The payment details should be finalized at this time.
2. In the Online process, we give you the option to ADD your desired MARK-UP, this will be included in the final Invoice.
3. We will automatically display the contact information of the Travel Agency signed into the system on all documents, however, we give you the option of having the documents addressed to the client or a third party of your choosing.
FLIGHT SEARCH:
We are using the most advanced Search Engine available, which checks the SABRE system for ALL possible prices and associated rules, as a result, flight Itineraries may display a combination of Airlines (with lower airfares), not normally displayed with a manual search.
Please remember that the Itinerary and prices displayed at the time of your search are subject to availability and you should complete the booking process as quickly as possible to ensure a fully confirmed reservation.
